Scooter and Motorcycle Annual Permit

Parking Privileges

  • Limited motorcycle and scooter parking is available in the Abbott Lot and Erie Ontario Parking Garage.
  • A permit is required to park in the motorcycle-designated spaces.
  • To apply for a scooter or motorcycle annual permit, visit the Chicago Parking Office in person.

Note: Spyder, Roadster, or Tri-Rod vehicles are not eligible for a motorcycle permit and are considered a passenger vehicle for permit purposes. A regular student permit or faculty/staff permit is required for these vehicles.

2025-26 Parking Fees

Annual: $228.00 (prorated monthly)

  • Annual parking is valid October 1 to September 30 the following year.
  • The total parking fee if prorated decreases by $19.00 per month. For example, if you obtain a parking permit in January, your parking fee is $171 for the remaining 9 months (9 x $19 per month).
All rates include all parking taxes.
