Keith currently serves as the Executive Director of Campus Life at Northwestern University. In this role, he provides vision and strategic leadership for a portfolio that includes student organizations, major campus programs, and the fraternity and sorority community. He is charged with advancing transformative experiences that promote belonging, leadership development, and student well-being. Keith oversees a dynamic team that supports over 500 student organizations and 30+ fraternity and sorority chapters while stewarding institutional priorities related to engagement, safety, and student advocacy.

A champion for student voice and co-curricular learning, Keith supports his team in advising student leaders across governance, programming, and advocacy initiatives. He represents Campus Life on divisional leadership teams and collaborates closely with partners across academic and administrative units to strengthen the student experience. His work is grounded in data-driven decision-making, equity-centered frameworks, and the belief that students should see themselves reflected in the narrative of campus life.

Prior to this role, Keith served as the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Northwestern, where he led an expansion of the community post-COVID, advanced harm reduction efforts, and championed culturally-based organizations. Earlier in his career, he held positions at the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. His professional practice is deeply informed by an intersectional approach to identity development, community care, and social responsibility.

Keith has held national and regional leadership roles within various student affairs associations and his fraternity – La Unidad Latina, Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity, Inc. He holds a Master of Arts in Educational Administration-Student Affairs from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The City University of New York – Bernard M. Baruch College.
