This peer mentoring program engages an experienced former department chair to serve as mentor for a small cohort of newer chairs as they navigate their new leadership roles. An annual welcome, now open to all department chairs, is also offered prior to the start of the academic year.
The Office of the Provost offers a variety of programs to support all faculty. These include workshops as well as ongoing programs, such as media engagement training and a faculty mentorship program.
