The Office of the Provost, in partnership with the leadership of the schools, facilitates the efficient utilization of office space across the Chicago and Evanston campuses.  The Office of the Provost also facilitates utilization of certain spaces at 2001 Sheridan. Find more information below.

  • Spaces at 2001 Sheridan: 
    • 2001 Sheridan Shared Meeting Rooms/Zoom Room Guidance Five shared meeting rooms are available for faculty/staff building occupants in 2001 Sheridan. These include Rooms GN302, 1111, 2221, 2400, and 4403. Four zoom rooms are also available faculty/staff building occupants in 2001 Sheridan. These include Rooms 2406, 3406, 4406, and 5406.     • 2001 Sheridan Event Space Guidance 2001 Sheridan offers two event spaces available for use by the Northwestern community. These include the Steve and Tracy Cahillane Lounge and Terrace, and the Joseph and Carole Levy Atrium. Click on the PDF for guidance on use of these spaces.
    • 2001 Sheridan Outdoor Space Guidance 2001 Sheridan provides three outdoor spaces for limited use by the Northwestern community. These include outdoor spaces on Floors 4 and 6 and the East Courtyard. Click on the PDF for guidance on use of these spaces.
