University Resource Planning

The Provost leads the University Resource Planning Process and is the executive lead for aligning resource allocation with strategic priorities. This process is guided by the principle of balancing current and future needs to ensure the University maintains a balanced budget and identifies opportunities for strategic investment.

The process aligns institutional priorities with areas for investment to advance the University strategy and strengthen support for the academic mission. It refines integrated planning efforts across the Office of the Provost, Office of the Executive Vice President and other senior administrative leaders.
