Stephanie Marin
Senior Program Coordinator
Stephanie Marin joined the Office of the Provost in October 2025. As Senior Program Coordinator on the Associate Provost for Faculty team, she advances the strategic implementation of faculty development, leadership and recognition initiatives across the university, including Academic Program Review, the Nemmers Prizes and the Northwestern Emeriti Organization.
Previously, Stephanie served as Assistant Director of Special Projects in the Office of the President, where she managed cross-functional initiatives and advisory workgroups advancing institutional priorities, governance and strategic partnerships. She also held roles at the Kellogg School of Management supporting doctoral education, faculty research and academic operations.
Stephanie earned her BA in Spanish from Weinberg College, an MS in Higher Education Administration and Policy from SESP, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Chicago Studies from SPS. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the Kellogg School of Management.
