Jordan Hughes has supported the Academic Program Review process at Northwestern since 2019. Academic Program Review is a key component of Northwestern’s commitment to continuous improvement and informs larger academic priorities and interdisciplinary collaborations. Hughes works closely with leadership in the Provost Office and across schools to evaluate Northwestern's academic departments and manages all operations for the review processes. 

Prior to her current role, Jordan worked at the Kellogg School of Management from 2016 to 2019, managing the Kellogg Board Fellows Program and various social impact programs for MBA students. She has also held student-facing roles at Arizona State University and Pearson.

Jordan has been an active member of the Association of Northwestern University Women (ANUW), a staff affinity group at Northwestern that supports more than 800 women staff at the University. She served as ANUW’s President in 2020, Vice President in 2019 and as Programming Committee Chair and member from 2016 to 2019.

Jordan earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern in 2023, a Master of Education in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Arizona State University in 2016, and a Bachelor’s in Community Health from University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign in 2009.
