Gina Bazer
Director of Executive Communications
Gina Bazer joined the Office of the Provost in June 2023 as Director of Executive Communications. Previously, she was Senior Publications Editor in the Office of Communications at the Feinberg School of Medicine. There, she was responsible for a range of internal and external communications efforts, including producing Northwestern Medicine magazine.
Prior to entering higher education, Gina led strategic communications for consumer and business-to-business marketing firms, developing communications plans, newsletters, thought leadership and web content.
Gina spent the first half of her career as a features writer and magazine editor, including eight years as senior editor at Chicago magazine.
Gina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern.
