Norris AV Rental Requests

At a Norris Venue

• Contact your event coordinator with Norris Event Planning to add basic AV to your reservation. 
• Contact event-tech@northwestern.edu (Norris Technical Services) for complex AV needs.

Non-Norris Venues and Outdoor Events

• Fill out our AV request form.
• For outdoor events, you must also submit an outdoor event request and an Evanston Loudspeaker Permit Application.  AV requests will not be approved for outdoor events without both of these items.
