  • What do you do at Northwestern?
    • I manage the Compass Mentorship Program, support in the stewardship of the Summer Academic Workshops (SAW) and I'm First programming initiatives.
  • What are you passionate about?
    • I'm passionate about brainstorming and implementing systems that center collective care and wellbeing in the work that we do.
  • What are some moments/accomplishments/projects you have been proud of?
    • I am proud to be a first-generation college graduate! I am also proud of the projects I've been able to pilot and restructure within mentorship services, first-gen student support, social justice workshops and multi-ethnic student affairs programming including heritage month programming and identity-based student organization support. 
    • I'm also happy to share insight on research projects I have led and/or been apart of including: The Leadership Development Experiences of Women Students of Color at Predominantly White Institutions (University of Wisconsin Oshkosh) and Mixed Signals: How colleges perpetuate misconceptions about Advanced Placement course-taking during high school visits (University of Michigan).

    •  I enjoy travel, concerts, painting portraits and spending time with family and friends.
