Congratulations on your acceptance to Northwestern!
We are thrilled to welcome all of our first-generation college students, lower-income students,(FGLI), and/or Undocumented/DACA students! We are here to help ensure you feel seen and supported throughout your time at Northwestern. Student Enrichment Services, or SES for short, is here to help you as your “first stop shop” at Northwestern. If you have questions about ANYTHING – from how to get connected with other FGLI students to simply figuring out Northwestern - we’re here to help. Contact us through the SES Interest Form and be sure to follow us on Social Media to stay up-to-date with the latest happenings in the FGLI Community at Northwestern!

SES Open House
SES is excited to welcome you to campus. Pick up your Welcome Kit and get your Northwestern questions answered at the "First Stop Shop" for First-Gen, Lower-Income, and/or UnDACAmented students. You can find us at the Ryan Fieldhouse (2333 Campus Drive) on Monday, September 11th from 2:00p.m. - 3:00p.m. Drop by to pick up a Kit that has free items to help you get settled into your residence hall, including brand-new towels, a set of sheets and a SES water bottle while supplies last. All FGLI and/or UnDACAmented students are eligible to pick up one Kit. All of this is made available through generous donor support.
Light appetizers will be available.
FGLI Drop-In Hours
Swing by SES on Thursday, September 14th from 9:00a.m. - 11:00a.m. to chat with SES staff before the quarter kicks off! We're looking forward to sharing our space (and our breakfast) with all of you! Want to try your hand at trivia while getting to know other FGLI students? Come to the annual Quest+ Ice Cream Social on Saturday, September 16th from 2:00p.m. - 4:00p.m. in the Wildcat Room of Norris! This event is a great opportunity to connect with other FGLI students from every year at NU before classes begin, so swing by to grab a sweet treat (and don't forget to stay for the karaoke)!
