Brian Griffith (he/him/his) is a doctoral intern at Northwestern CAPS and is completing his doctoral training in clinical psychology at Pepperdine University. Brian identifies as Black, gay, cisgender man. He found his passion in mental health while working with people of color and queer folks. Prior to coming to the field of mental health, he worked in public health doing HIV prevention work with queer young people. Brian’s professional interests include holistic approaches to therapy, working with oppression and marginalized communities, and somatic/ embodied healing work. Brian enjoys going to the gym, traveling, and cooking.
