Process groups help members increase awareness of their thoughts and feelings in the moment and express them openly to each other. Group members offer each other support and feedback. Members can discover what roles they tend to play in groups and safely try out new ways of relating.- Wednesdays 3:00-4:30 PM, in-person, in Mandarin

- 每周三 3:00PM-4:30PM(现场)
