She is passionate about understanding the role of disability services in higher education and furthering diversity, equity, and inclusion work to make sure all students have equitable access to disability services. Kelsey is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Higher Education and Administration program at Northwestern through the School of Education and Social Policy. She also serves as a graduate assistant at Roosevelt University for both disability services and Student Support Services.
