As an Access Coordinator, Kaydra (they/she) enjoys supporting students with accommodations and fostering disability inclusion across the Evanston campus. They believe that intersectional and holistic care is essential to an accessible education.

Kaydra previously served as an accommodation specialist at National Louis University, where they shaped services to a predominantly BIPOC, first-generation, and working-class student population. They also have a background in writing instruction at Miami University, where they earned their Master’s in Rhetoric and Composition. Throughout their experiences in higher education, they have specialized in neurodivergence support, disability justice, and Universal Design for Learning.

In their spare time, Kaydra is typically adventuring and comparing restaurants throughout Chicago as though they are a food blogger. They also like collecting houseplants and analyzing video games and anime.
