👣Evanston Justice Pilgrimage

3:30 PM - 7:00 PM, Off-Campus

Join The Drop-In Meditation Community and Leadership Development & Community Engagement for a guided walk through and into the 5th Ward of Evanston, encountering and learning the lived experiences of segregation, racial reparations, and education inequity that lie just beyond the Northwestern bubble. We will frame this walk as a pilgrimage, engaging with contemplative practices of bearing witness, grounding ourselves, and cultivating intentions. We will reflect on our own relationship to these issues that are a part of the complex fabric of the community of Evanston.     Dinner will be shared at a locally owned restaurant followed by an after-party at Double Clutch.
