Breathe- Streaming Relaxation & Mindfulness Resources

Breathe is a stress management resource, created for Northwestern undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. In Breathe, you will find a variety of guided meditations and breathing practices to help you deal with stress.

We may not be able to eliminate the stresses of life, but we can develop positive coping skills to reduce the negative impact stress has on our mind, body, and spirit. We can decrease perfectionism and self-criticism, as well as enhance our confidence and wellbeing.
