Jasmine is excited to be working with Fraternity & Sorority Life as a Graduate Assistant. She is eager to apply her learning from her Master's program into her chapter coaching sessions and events for the school year. Jasmine enjoys the relationships, community development and leadership growth that Greek life has to offer to students.
Jasmine is originally from Evanston and went to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She received her Bachelor's of Arts in Teaching Spanish in 2022. She went on to teach Spanish at a high school in the Central Illinois area for 3 years and decided to pivot her career goal in education. She is happy to be back in her hometown and to be a student in the Master's of Higher Education Administration and Policy program at Northwestern. During her time at the University of Illinois, she became a sister of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. She went on to enhance her leadership skills within Greek life by joining the United Greek Council executive board.
Outside of work and school, she enjoys going to coffee shops (Soul Good in Skokie), visiting her family, and exploring the Chicagoland area with her husband.
