Presentation and Outreach Requests

Thank you for your interest in partnering with CAPS! If you would like to request an outreach program or presentation from CAPS, please complete the Outreach Request Form below. This form should be submitted for all requests, including requests for CAPS presentations at new student orientations.

Please submit this request form at least 3 weeks prior to your preferred program date.
Please indicate the steps you will take to ensure that at least 10 participants will attend.
Due to limited staff resources and availability, particularly during periods when CAPS is experiencing peak clinical demands, we may not be able to meet all requests.
A CAPS staff member will review your submitted request form and will be in contact with you within 5 business days.

In the meantime, we encourage you to check out our existing programming available to students on both campuses here. If you’re interested in QPR training, please fill out this form.
