Law Students
First-Year Law Students
First-year law students are enrolled in a 12.5-month iteration of the student health insurance plan, which provides coverage from August 16, 2025, through August 31, 2027. This extended plan includes a single annual deductible and out-of-pocket maximum for the entire coverage period.
Returning law student coverage aligns with the standard plan year, beginning September 1 and ending August 31 of the following year.

LEAF Program Participants
Students participating in the Legal Education Access and Foundations (LEAF) Program receive an earlier start to their health insurance coverage. Coverage begins on July 15, 2025, and runs through August 31, 2026. Enrollment is processed administratively by the Student Insurance Office; however, students must confirm their inclusion on the roster with the LEAF Program Coordinator to ensure proper enrollment.
