Call 800-833-7050 or email email@example.com. Dispatch engineers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Provide the following information when you call:
- ZIP code for equipment information
- tag number of equipment
- contact name and phone number
- description of problem
- service vendor information, if needed
- Teleserve™ will dispatch your service vendor to repair the equipment
The Equipment Maintenance Program will also automatically generate a purchase order.
- Equipment is repaired
Specialty Underwriters pays the invoice on your behalf and provides quarterly management reports.
