Canceling Membership

To cancel membership, you must meet one of the following cancellation provisions:

Graduation
Termination of employment
Health reasons
Death or disability of a family member
Other (Distance from club, internship longer than 3 months, leave of absence or unable to use the club)

To cancel, e-mail Auxiliary Services with any requested documentation before the 15th of the month to be effective on the first of following month.
