Certificates of Insurance

A Certificate of Insurance (also referred to as a "COI") is a document issued by an insurer, which serves as evidence of the insurance policies in effect at the time of issuance. It is imperative to understand that a COI is only a confirmation of the insurance coverage in place at the time of issuance; it does not constitute an insurance policy nor does it grant any rights to the certificate holder. It is provided to support a contractual agreement
