Fee Schedule

Select health care services are provided at no charge for Northwestern students currently enrolled in an eligible degree-seeking program as negotiated as part of the service agreement between Northwestern University and Northwestern Medical Group for operation of the Health Service for the Chicago campus. These services may be access by scheduling an appointment with General Internal Medicine at Northwestern Medicine (NM), 675 N. St. Clair Street on the 18th floor of Galter Pavilion.  Please mention that you are a current Northwestern student when scheduling your appointment and at check-in for your patient visit.  Your Northwestern Wildcard will be required for verification of your student status and eligibility for services. 

For all other health care services provided at a patient visit, you will be charged NM's current rate for each of the services received.  Your health insurance may cover some or all of this expense, and you will be responsible for the balance of these charges.
