Do you have big ideas for NU, but no money to wield?
Over the coming academic year, the Northwestern Sustainability Fund (NSF) will provide $50,000 to “sustainability-related” student projects across campus. The NSF was developed by NU’s Associated Student Government (ASG), with guidance from the Office of Sustainability, the Initiative for Sustainability and Energy at Northwestern (ISEN), and a few key faculty members. The fund will grant undergraduate and graduate students with money and hands-on expert guidance, for projects that invest in sustainability at Northwestern. Anything goes – if your idea is green, feasible, and impactful on campus, NSF wants to hear about it.
The NSF committee is made up of students, staff, and faculty members and will accept project proposals this fall (due November 11) and winter quarter. If you have questions, email the NSF committee.
