Download Instructions for Android 4.4 (KitKat) or higher

NUHelp is not available on the Google Play store, but Google allows for app downloads on Android devices from other sources.  Follow these instructions to get NUHelp on your device.

Please take note that by downloading the app, you are confirming that you have read and agree to the terms of service and privacy policy.

  1. On your Android device, click the link below.  You will be redirected to the NU Passport login page, where you will be prompted to enter your NetID and password.

  2. You must allow Chrome access to download and access files, and you may be prompted to keep the file after downloading. 
  3. When download is complete, click Open to install the app.  If Chrome does not prompt you to Open the app, you may need to find it in your Downloads. 
  4. You should be prompted to allow Chrome to install unknown apps.  Click into Settings to "Allow from this source," and then click back to finish installing the app.

Note: If you don't see "Allow from this source," you may be running a different Android version.  Please refer to Android Help - Download apps to your Android device for additional information.  We have also created the following video to help with the steps.  The video was recorded using Android 8.1:
