How to Access TimelyCare
To get started, students can visit timelycare.com/northwestern and register with their name and Northwestern email address. Visits are available from any web-enabled device – smartphone, laptop, or desktop.
Desktop Users
- Visit timelycare.com/northwestern.
- Click "Sign In" at the top right of the page.
- Register for your account using your Northwestern email address and set up your profile.
- Press "Get Care" to get started.
Mobile Users
- Download the TimelyCare app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Register for your account using your Northwestern email address and set up your profile.
- Press "Get Care" to get started.
