How to Share a Concern

As a University, Northwestern takes the safety, security, and comfort of everyone in our community very seriously. If you have a concern about the well-being or behavior of a Northwestern student, or if you have experienced a concern for which a Northwestern student is responsible, please let us know.

Reporting Forms

General Concerns about a Student or a Student’s Conduct

Use this report if you have a general concern about the wellbeing of a Northwestern student or are concerned that a student’s behavior may violate a University policy:

Discrimination and Harassment

Use this report if you or someone you know has experienced a concern related to discrimination or harassment based on a protected category. 

Hate or Bias

Use this form if you or someone you know has been the target of, or witness to, a hate or bias incident.

Hazing Incidents

Use this form if you have witnessed, experienced, or learned of a hazing incident.

Sexual Misconduct

Use this report if you or someone you know has experienced a concern related to sexual misconduct, stalking, or dating or domestic violence. 

 

Wildcats Aware

Use this report if you or someone you know has non-emergency concerns about threatening statements or concerning behaviors that may impact any member of the Northwestern community.
