Affinity Groups
The Office of Community Enrichment (OCE) at Northwestern houses six staff and faculty affinity groups with the primary aims of enhancing personal and professional development, and creating a workplace in which everyone feels a sense of belonging.
Any staff or faculty member is welcome to join an affinity group, and all affinity group events and programs are open to everyone.
There are many other affinity groups across the university, and many schools operate their own groups. We encourage you to explore all the available options and join any groups that feel meaningful to you. If you are interested in forming a new group, email community-enrichment@northwestern.edu.
