Director for School of Communications
Sophia (she/her) is the director for the School of Communication on this year's board of directors. She is from Mantua, New Jersey and is majoring in Communication Sciences & Disorders, with minors in Psychology and Linguistics. She loves Wildcat Welcome because of the many opportunities for community building and the mentorship Peer Advisers can provide new students. Her favorite Wildcat Welcome events are the traditions-based programming, including March through the Arch and Purple Pride (go cats)! On campus, she is on the executive board for a volunteer organization, assists with research, and is a tour guide. In her free time, she loves to bake and take walks on the lakefill. Sophia is so excited to step into this role and welcome our new students to campus!
