Director of Transfer Student Experience
Joel Reyes (he/him) is beyond grateful to serve as the 2024 Director of Transfer Student Experience! Coming from the suburbs of Houston, Joel transferred to Northwestern in Fall 2022 and is currently studying Economics, Business Institutions, Film and Media Studies, and Integrated Marketing Communications. After having an incredible experience, both as a new student and as a Peer Adviser, Joel felt that being part of cultivating the Wildcat Welcome experience to the specific and unique needs of transfer students would be a full-circle moment for his time at Northwestern. Joel is involved with multiple events productions groups on campus, and a marketing internship in Chicago. When he's not busy, Joel loves to travel, go into Chicago to thrift, sing with his guitar at open mic nights, and keep up with Oscar and Grammy award predictions!
