One World \ One Northwestern Initiative Relaunches Affinity Groups

The Office of International Relations is officially relaunching the One World \ One Northwestern Affinity Groups.

In the past, these groups have helped connect members of the university working in international programming and affairs to build a network and share best practices and challenges. The restoration of the affinity groups will expand on these principles and continue to support Northwestern staff who choose to participate in the program.

“The One World \ One Northwestern initiative has been a successful tool for connecting staff who work in international contexts or on international projects throughout the university,” said Kim Rapp, Assistant Vice President for International Relations.

“The OWON affinity groups will provide more focused areas of connection and opportunities for participants to share best practices and create efficiencies in their work while strengthening community across Northwestern’s schools, colleges, and campuses.”

Past groups have included Business Administration and Finance, Marketing and Communications and International Student Career Opportunities & Development, to name a few. If you are interested in joining an affinity group, please fill out this interest form.
