Arrival
Please arrive at the Football Facilities Building (between Welsh-Ryan Arena & Ryan Field, see map).
Faculty Regalia
Faculty should bring their regalia from their convocation or arrange pick-up with their school representatives.
Faculty On-Site Assistance
Alex Rot, Assistant Provost, Faculty Operations, will be stationed in the Football Facilities Building.

Invitation to Northwestern University’s 165th Commencement
Dear faculty,
As we prepare to celebrate the Class of 2023, we invite you to join us in honoring the graduates during Northwestern’s 165th Commencement at 9 a.m. Monday, June 12. We are thrilled to bring the ceremony back to Ryan Field this year.
Commencement is a cherished event in the lives of our students, providing an opportunity to celebrate their academic accomplishments with their classmates, family and friends. These celebrations would not be possible without the commitment, care and guidance of our incredible faculty, and we encourage you to participate in Commencement and your individual school convocations.
Look for a communication to come soon from your school that provides details for ordering regalia for Commencement and the convocations. Orders must be placed by May 4. If you have questions about regalia, please contact your school representative.
