As a Housing Access Coordinator, Sarah works jointly with AccessibleNU and Residential Services where she collaborates with students, instructors, and university staff to arrange campus living and learning accommodations with the goal of creating an accessible and equitable Northwestern experience.

Sarah brings over twenty years of experience in higher education in the areas of residence life, disability services, and academic support programming. She holds a B.S. In Socio-Political Communication from Missouri State University and Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from James Madison University. She has a passion for creating a welcoming and supportive campus environment both inside and outside of the classroom, believing that success inside the classroom is dependent on all aspects of the student experience. Sarah has worked at institutions across the country including James Madison University, Mary Baldwin College, Loyola University Chicago, University of Chicago and the University of Kansas.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys adaptive fitness as a seated athlete, gluten free baking, and spoiling her dog.
