As an Access Coordinator, Matt collaborates with students, instructors, and university staff to arrange learning and campus living accommodations with the goal of creating an accessible and equitable Northwestern experience.

Matt has worked in higher education since 2013 and in disability services in higher education since 2014. He began his career as a mental health counselor providing individual and group counseling to college students at the University of Central Florida, where he also received his master’s degree in clinical psychology. Matt previously served as an assistant director at Student Accessibility Services at the University of Central Florida overseeing housing accommodations, meeting with students to determine reasonable disability accommodations, and working to create proactive disability access for the campus.

Outside of ANU, Matt enjoys playing volleyball, traveling abroad, and game nights with friends.
