Access Coordinator
As an Access Coordinator, Jillian collaborates with students, instructors, and university staff to arrange learning and campus living accommodations with the goal of creating an accessible and equitable Northwestern experience.
Jillian has worked in higher education for nine years, including almost three years in disability services. As an Access Coordinator, she supports students with disabilities by facilitating accommodations and partnering with students to navigate barriers to access within the academic environment.
Jillian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and a Master of Science in Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Baylor University. Her background informs her commitment to student advocacy and supporting students as they navigate complex systems and develop strategies for success in higher education.
In her spare time, Jillian enjoys training for half and full marathons and reading the book club pick of the month.
