Access Coordinator
As an Access Coordinator, Jeffrey collaborates with students, instructors, and university staff to arrange learning and campus living accommodations with the goal of creating an accessible and equitable Northwestern experience. Prior to joining Northwestern, Jeffrey worked at several higher education institutions in the Boston area, including the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and Salem State University, where he also received his M.Ed. in Higher Education in Student Affairs.
With professional experience in both accessibility services and academic coaching, he is passionate about helping students identify holistic strategies that support their academic success, well-being, and personal growth. He also values ongoing professional development and is always looking for opportunities to continue learning and growing within the field.
Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys hiking with his dog, cooking, strength training, playing video games, expanding his never-ending collection of houseplants, and exploring both city life and nearby trails with his friends.
