As an Access Coordinator, Jeanna collaborates with students, instructors, and university staff to arrange learning and campus living accommodations with the goal of creating an accessible and equitable Northwestern experience.

Jeanna has worked in higher education since 2014. She began her career assisting international students with navigating the visa process and maintaining their student visas. She earned her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado Christian University, where she was instrumental in establishing the University’s disability services department. She brings additional experience from Southern Methodist University, where she implemented graduate student accommodations with a focus on inclusive design practices. Additionally, in her role as an affiliate faculty member, Jeanna gained experience across multiple aspects of university life, providing her with a well-rounded perspective as faculty, staff, and student.

Jeanna takes a compassionate approach to her day-to-day student, faculty and staff interactions and is deeply committed to accessibility and continuous learning. She is passionate about supporting students with disabilities through effective accommodations and collaboration.

Outside of ANU, Jeanna enjoys hiking, camping, visiting Colorado, teaching her rescue dog new tricks, and continually learning new skills and crafts.
