Northwestern Purchasing and Payment Policy Update

Procurement and Payment Services recently coordinated a review and update of Northwestern’s Purchasing and Payment Policy. The revisions aim to streamline and clarify the document, with no major substantive changes.

- Updated terminology
- Revised Purchase Order procedures
- Added Corporate Card Reconciliation details
- Guidance on using Amazon when necessary
- Signature authority alignment with the Office of General Counsel
