Northwestern Print launched over the summer that combines printing services (known as managed print service or MPS) across the Evanston and Chicago campuses for faculty, staff, and students leading to a better user experience, cost efficiency, and improves printer maintenance. By partnering with Ricoh as the single provider to implement this program, it will allow for an effective use of employees’ time as Ricoh will manage devices, such as perform maintenance, replace copiers as needed, automatically send new supplies, and be notified of service needs.
