New Enterprise Car Rental Agreement

Northwestern is part of the Big Ten Academic Alliance (BTAA) car rental contract with Enterprise. We have enjoyed very competitive rates for business use and personal use for many years.
The BTAA recently sent out a Request for Proposal to establish a new contract for car rental. The result of the evaluation was to award a new contract to Enterprise/National.
To ensure business use rates remained as cost effective as possible, the leisure rates for use by faculty and staff for personal use were increased. There will be a new affinity car rental program established shortly. The rates will be accessible through our existing Enterprise web page, but those leisure rates will not be as low as the business use rates.
