Apple Ordering Update

As of October 2023, Apple has implemented a new policy stipulating that all Northwestern orders must come through iBuyNU. Apple will no longer be fulfilling non-catalog orders through NUFinancials. If you are unable to find an item in the Apple iBuyNU catalog, please contact our Apple customer service rep, Jessica Jones at jessicajones@apple.com or 800-800-2775 extension 42873. Jessica can create a custom quote that can be uploaded into iBuyNU for processing. Reach out to Jessica if you need additional information about the process for ordering via an Apple quote through iBuyNU.
