2018 Preferred Vendor Expo

August 8, 2018

Join us for this year’s Preferred Vendor Expo! Held on both the Evanston and Chicago campuses, the Preferred Vendor Expo is the only on-campus event that specifically promotes our Preferred Vendors and presents the most meaningful opportunities to connect with our campus community. This event provides vendors the chance to share information and ideas on products and services provided, showcase new offerings, establish buyer relationships and strengthen existing ones.

In conjunction with the Procurement-to-Payment strategy at Northwestern, Preferred Vendors have been selected by PPS on behalf of the entire University, based on the results of a formal competitive bid or negotiation. Many of our Preferred Vendors also have web-based catalogs in iBuyNU. Attendance for the Preferred Vendor Expo is free and no registration is necessary. So stop by, meet Northwestern’s Preferred Vendors, sample products, and walk away with new ideas and information for saving time and money!

Hundreds of faculty and staff attend our Vendor Expo, creating the perfect place for vendors and Northwestern end-users to meet one-on-one to exchange ideas and discuss solutions.

Don’t forget to bring your Wildcard to enter the raffle for a chance to win prizes on both the Evanston and Chicago campuses!
