The Minors at Northwestern Policy and associated resources was developed through partnership from a number of Northwestern units and departments. The shared goal is to foster safe and engaging opportunities for youth at Northwestern, while providing our people resources to manage programs effectively.
The Office of Risk Management is the primary administrator for the policy and can work with programs to modify the provided resources or create additional resources where needed. For general questions related to the policy or this website, start with this office.
The Office of Compliance, Audit and Advisory Services helps promote a culture of honest and ethical behavior and can assist with any specific issues or concerns associated with a program. The EthicsPoint hotline can also be used to report any such concerns.
The Office of Human Resources has provided guidance into training resources and administratively manages the background check process. HR can also assist with any staffing or personnel concerns that might arise out of this program.
The Office of the Provost oversees the academic schools which offer many of these programs at Northwestern. Academic questions or concerns can be directed to the Office of the Provost.
