Discussion Guides
One Book has created five guides for groups interested in discussing specific aspects of Nate Silver’s book. These guides are split up into five topic areas: Sports, Weather and Climate, Public Health and Safety, the Economy, and Politics. The guides explore real-world case studies of the book’s themes, as well as present questions to facilitate thinking more deeply about the topics and ideas Silver presents.We have provided PowerPoint and PDF versions of each discussion guide for anyone in the community—including residence halls, residence colleges, and academic and professional departments—to use when leading discussion groups.
