Workshops You Can Request
Workshops You Can Request
These workshops have been designed and facilitated for faculty, students, and staff across Northwestern’s campus. Each one draws on our team’s experience supporting learning and transformation in real campus contexts—and we’d be happy to bring any of them to your group, either virtually or in person.
We also regularly partner with departments, student groups, and campus units to adapt or co-create sessions that address timely issues, build capacity, or support community goals. All offerings can be customized in length, format, and focus.
Examples of Workshops We’ve Facilitated:
- Accountability in Action: Tools for Repairing Harm and Rebuilding Trust: Guides groups in taking responsibility, addressing conflict, and strengthening trust when challenges arise.
- Active Allyship: Speaking Up and Supporting Peers: Practical strategies for noticing concerns, offering support, and stepping in to care for one another.
- Disrupting the Pattern: Intervention Skills for Harmful Group Dynamics: Approaches for recognizing unhelpful traditions or behaviors early and practicing constructive interventions.
- Inclusive Communities: Practices for Belonging and Connection: Positive practices that emphasize connection and mutual respect to cultivate strong, healthy bonds.
- Power Dynamics and Decision-Making: Reimagining Leadership Beyond Hierarchy: Examines how authority and influence shape group life, offering collaborative leadership models.
- Transformative Spaces: Facilitated Dialogues for Growth and Healing: Intentional environments for honest conversation, collective reflection, and culture change.
- Practicing Active Leadership: Recognizing Risks and Modeling Healthy Culture: Supports leaders in identifying emerging challenges and setting a tone of trust, respect, and shared responsibility.
