Founded in 1981, the Northwestern University Organization of Women Faculty (OWF) has long been a national leader in its efforts to improve conditions in higher education for women faculty and graduate students. Both an advocacy group and a networking resource, the OWF offers women faculty and allies at all institutional levels an opportunity to be heard and to help shape University policy.
The Women's Center is the administrative arm and thought partner of the OWF.
OWF membership is open to all and all are welcome to participate in OWF events.
