Thought Partnerships
Our Women's Center staff share our expertise within and beyond the campus community.
A few examples of our recent partnerships include: serving on the hazing prevention committee, being both a steering committee member and dual panel co-organizer for the Celebration of Title IX at 50, providing two permanent Hobart Fellows, serving on the advisory board for the Gender and Sexuality Studies Program, serving as co-investigators alongside Northwestern Global Health for an NIH Grant toward sexual violence prevention at the University of Lagos, participating in the Campus Coalition Against Sexual Violence and many more.
In addition to adhoc invitations for our participation in collaborative university efforts, our staff engage in the active advisement of Northwestern's largest and longest standing student feminist organization and additionally provide advisement for the HerCampus publication.
