Ivana Zelaya Avila
Ivana Zelaya Avila, a graduate intern at the Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion, is dedicated to supporting Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accountability (IDEA) Education and Training initiatives. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration Policy Program at the School of Education and Social Policy, Ivana aspires to contribute to the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education upon completing her program by serving students from underrepresented backgrounds, specifically students of color and children of immigrants.
