Please use this form to request a project for your Student Affairs department. For example, you can ask us to help you develop a survey, ask for help with running focus groups, or even brainstorming an idea you have for an assessment project. The more information, the better. Remember, all assessment projects should start with a central research question. Our job, then, is to design a project that responds to that question and provides you with actionable data.
